Anyone crawling?

Watch out Everyone, I know how to crawl. It's just a matter of perfecting it!

8 Month's Old

I have been able to see a little bit more of the world since the last time I updated the blog.  My folks and I traveled to Chicago to see Steve and Megan, and get a tour of the windy city.  We had a great time.  I saw (but really I slept through it) my first 4th of July parade, took a trip on my first boat, and enjoyed my first museum. I loved to hear my voice echo through the halls of the building.

7 Month's Old

Can you believe that it has been seven months.  I have learned so much, I can clap my hands, waive good bye, and shake my head no.  I love school and playing with my friends.  Since I can sit up without any problems, its just a matter of time before I start to crawl.  Daddy took me to the airfield when Uncle Andy was here.  I got to sit in the drivers seat and man the gun.  It was so much fun.  My visit with Uncle Andy  was great!  We played, laughed, and had a great time.  I can't wait to see him again.

6 month's old

Well, Mom is falling behind keeping the blog updated, so I got after her. A lot has happened since I was five month's old. I am taking Mommy and Me swimming lessons and loving it. I can kick really fast and sort of blow bubbles in the water (more like licking :-) ). I now eat several meals a day. A bowl of cereal in the morning (Barley is my favorite), followed by 1/4 cup of vegetables (I even eat my peas) at lunch and then again for dinner. Don't worry I still drink my milk, and getting pretty good at using my cup. I don't care for fruit too much right now, but I love carrots, sweet potatoes, green beans, and squash.

As you can see by my check up that I am still long and skinny. Maybe with me eating more solids I can gain some weight

5 Months Old

WOW, time is going by so fast. I have so many firsts to share with you all. I took my first road trip to see my Daddy race in a 1/2 marathon in Knoxville and then again to Nashville for another race. I can roll over from front to back and back to front, with no problem. I attended by first Derby party, and wore my fanciest hat. I even put a bet on the ponies (Z Fortune), but sadly I didn't win. I am sleeping through the night now that Mommy is giving me cereal for dinner, can't say I like the taste of it, but I love my drinking cup (see pictures)!

4 Month's Old

It seems that I catch a cold at the beginning of each month. This time I have an ear infection, but it isn't too bad. My medicine smells like bubble gum and Mommy makes 'Yum Yum' noises which helps it go down.

My check up went well. The doctor was a little concerned that I didn't gain that much weight, just long and skinny, maybe I will be a good runner like my Daddy. The doctor said that I can start having solids, but Mom is a little worried about allergies.

I am enjoying my bath time. I play with my rubber ducky and sing songs with Mom and Dad. After bath time, Daddy reads to me and then its off to bed. I sleep a good 10 hours at night (although not all the way through the night).

I can roll over to my side, pick up my toys and shake them. So far my favorite toy is my stuff Dog, it sings and plays games. Mommy is teaching me all of the songs and the arm movements that go with them, she is so silly. She makes me laugh. Well I will post a video of my next great milestone.
